Welcome to DISTRACTD . It's Easter. Oh My Goodness. Im still as all over the place as I was last month with my routine. I am still not exercising or doing my stretches morning and night like Im supposed to be doing having scoliosis and have been staying up late getting all of the things done that I have been committing to. It's a real struggle trying to keep on top of all of the things each month with working lots of different projects, having kids, and trying to be a good friend, mother, partner, daughter in law, sister, workmate etc. I really admire people who manage the juggle well. I hope you are all in more of a regular routine than Iam at present. And if you are not and you are struggling to keep up then I totally understand. There is no judgement from us here at DISTRACTD.
Thankyou so much for coming along tonight. If its your first night here, WELCOME. It's because of you and the regular attendees we are able to make this happen. If no one came to these events there would be no DISTRACTD. As I always say. Imagine if we could get all the family members, teachers, bosses and friends here to get an understanding of what ADHD is? How different our lives would become. Even though we have been doing this for over a year now I still find it hard to explain why I am the way I am and why I do the things I do. Having these experts help us to understand ourselves, Our loved ones and learn about the many aspects of ADHD is so valuable.
I am so pumped for tonights event. Please make sure you guys shoot me a text or email, say hi and if you want to catch up for a cuppa please let me know.

Hello, my name is Kendall. This year is my 10th year working in sleep medicine and I interact with all different aged patients suffering from a variety of sleep disorders. I love research and taking a holistic approach to sleep. Outside of work, I have two wonderful children and a Poodle. We enjoy the outdoors and creative activities. My teen daughter has Adhd so we have plenty of personal experience on the subject. Throughout my career, I have met plenty of people and I know that regardless of an Adhd diagnosis, sleep has a huge effect on our quality of life. I look forward to sharing and discussing sleep further with you all.
