Thankyou so much for coming along tonight. If its your first night here, WELCOME. I am really thankful for our little community where we are able to chat about all thigns ADHD and feel no judgement or pressure to be anything othert than ourselves. I really appreciate you coming along to support each other and I enjoy meeting you all each month too.
Tonight we are going to shift things up a little and have some questions directed to a couple of our guests from me ( and you can ask them questiosn later as usual too ) instead of them talking on a topic.
I hope you like it. Its just shifting things up a little and not a permanent thing . Well not for now anyway.

Amanda Gorman - Founder of DISTRACTD
Amanda Gorman is passionate about building an ADHD community where we can connect with like minded individuals , bring our Boss, Work mates, Friends, Tutor, Coach, Teacher, Parent, Sibling,Neighbour or anyone we we think will benefit from learning more about ADHD and of course for US ourselves to all learn more ourselves.
Jennifer Jefferies
Jennifer Jefferies has been a Naturopath and Aromatherapist for more than 30 years. Jen has lived with ADHD all of life, is dyslexic, failed high school English and has gone onto write and published 14 Aromatherapy and health related books including the number 1 book on Intuitive Aromatherapy in the world. When she is not traveling the world as a professional speaker you will find her surfing or gardening or mentoring women on how to beat adrenal burnout.

Marnie Rienecker :
Marnie Rienecker is a 19-year-old university student with a passion for neurodiversity. She joins us with a lived journey as the eldest sister to three neurodiverse siblings and her own diagnosis of ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Level 1. Marnie’s interests lie in assisting children with additional needs, as she finds connecting with children who have ADHD or who are on the Autism Spectrum (or both!) a beautiful and rewarding experience. She values building relationships that are based on trust and loves seeing the children that she works with progress through their own journeys. Marnie finds enjoyment in researching about the neurodiverse experience of women and girls, and comorbidity of ADHD with other diagnoses.
